Many years back a friend of mine said Pakistan is a garbage bin and he meant it litrerally. Have you notice how people with ease throw their garbage, wrapper, plastic bags just about anything that they dont need on the roads, streets and parks.

They do it as if the country is this land is a garbage bin. And its not just the poor uneducated. Drive around dinner time out site the popular hangouts in the city and u will see what i mean. The bigger the car the easier and more confidiantly they throw garbage out.

Now why do i care?

When the rains come and you have water on your streets you may be the one to blame. The plastic bags go into these drains or simply blocks the entrance to the drain creating a pool on the roads. When the bags reach inside of the drain, the drains have to be broken down with digging equipment to clear and that against costs your tax money.

I hope the monsoons will spear you the agony this time around.
