While driving around Buhadrabad in Karachi i saw the following.

The pictures speak volume. Our greed, expensive fule, biofule, food inflation is causing hunger among the masses. I dont remember when was the last time i saw something like this? But i did see this today.

The goverment needs to wake up. It needs to get out there and reach the people. I wonder what is the situation in rural areas. How are the food prices affecting the poor.

Free Meals are being served twice a day by Silai Welfare Trust

Karachi is a Metropolis, It is a city with software parks, Shopping Malls and big roads. It is a magnet for people from all over the country. I was able to see the security guard of one company with his weapon eating in the same line. Old, young, labourers i was able to see all kind of people in this line.

I think all of us need to figure out a way, a solution to get out of this cycle which will drive our people into oblivion.
It would be great if you can contribute some ideas here. May be something good can be done.
